The product guild is designed to present a united front from the product teams perspective but also be a collective pool of knowledge to problem solve, unblock and learn from.

How is a session run:

Simply! - Its an open forum. Before each session try to record any talking points in the confluence space). Work through the points, look for common ground and solve. Issues can range from team member issues to tools and processes. It is also a great space to decide on any group learning we might benefit from.
