The product guild is designed to present a united front from the product teams perspective but also be a collective pool of knowledge to problem solve, unblock and learn from.

How is a session run:

Simply! - Its an open forum. Before each session try to record any talking points (maybe in a confluence space). Work through the points, look for common ground and solve. Issues can range from team member issues to tools and processes. It is also a great space to decide on any group learning we might benefit from.
