What is the problem?

A good description of the problem at a high-level so that pretty much anyone can understand it.

How do we know this is a real problem and worth solving?

Time for your research and data to shine. This should be how you describe the problem using qual / quant data. It can show the current state and what future state might look like. Again this needs to be easily understandable.

How do we know if we’ve solved this problem?

What are the success measures? When can you say its done?

What does this look like?

We are not asking for the solution here, we are trying to think what the future state outcomes are for the actors involved.

What is the experiment plan?

Ok so you are going to spend sometime on this.. but time is money. Show the direction of your experiment and what needles you are going to move. Show the description of the experiment and the KPI / Success measure.

When does it ship and what are the milestones?

This will be added at the end when you know a solution-ish. Tell the users when it might be expected and in what format. Will they get a simple solution first or is this big bang?
